What would you need to see in the first two weeks? Which parts would you lead yourself, and which need our team? What would you deliver in the first month?
About experience
Which past situations are closest to ours in business model, stage and finance problem? What was in scope and what was not? What would you do differently here?
About working style
How much time will you spend with founders, management and the finance team? How do you communicate urgent issues? Who will do the day-to-day analysis and reporting?
About commercial terms
Is the work a retainer, a project or a combination? What changes the price? How will we review the scope if priorities change?
